Nanda Devi Biosphere Reserve— Uttarakhand — wraps Nanda Devi and Valley of Flowers parks; with Nilgiri, Sunderbans and Gulf of Mannar the earliest Indian entries on UNESCO's network.
Pachmarhi Biosphere Reserve— Madhya Pradesh — the Satpura's centre: Satpura National Park with the Bori and Pachmarhi sanctuaries.
Satpura National Park— Madhya Pradesh — Narmadapuram; the core of Pachmarhi biosphere reserve, above the Tawa reservoir.
Sundarbans Biosphere Reserve— West Bengal — among the earliest Indian entries on UNESCO's network with Nilgiri, Nanda Devi and Gulf of Mannar; a tiger reserve too. Same point as Ramsar.

Nilgiri Biosphere Reserve— India's FIRST biosphere reserve (1986) — Bandipur, Nagarhole, Mudumalai, Wayanad and Silent Valley across Tamil Nadu, Kerala and Karnataka.
Mudumalai National Park— Tamil Nadu — the Nilgiris; the Tamil Nadu piece of the Nilgiri biosphere reserve, at the trijunction with Kerala and Karnataka.
Wayanad Wildlife Sanctuary— Kerala — Cauvery basin (Kabini catchment); a Nilgiri biosphere reserve constituent.
Silent Valley National Park— Kerala — Palakkad; its river is the Kunthipuzha (to the Bharathapuzha), NOT the Kaveri. A Nilgiri biosphere reserve core.

Kalakad-Mundanthurai Tiger Reserve— Tamil Nadu — Tirunelveli; the tiger reserve inside Agasthyamalai biosphere reserve.
Nokrek Biosphere Reserve— Meghalaya — the Garo Hills; the wild citrus (Citrus indica) gene pool around Nokrek peak.
Khangchendzonga Biosphere Reserve— Sikkim — the national park below Kangchenjunga; a mixed World Heritage site (2016), on UNESCO's biosphere network from 2018.
Dehang-Debang Biosphere Reserve— Arunachal Pradesh — the Siang and Dibang valleys; the pin marks Mouling National Park, its core.
